朱清时谈是什么造就一个人的成功　　“每个人一生中都会遇到许多机遇，但是机遇往往是突然地和不知不觉地出现的。能力强、综合素质高的人善于抓住机遇并且充分利用它们;具有高度智慧的人更善于创造机遇。” 　　一所大学是否一流大学，最关键的指标是要看学校培养的毕业生今后在社会上有多大比例取得成功，取得多大的成功。所以，如何培养学生取得成功的能力是学校教育至关重要的一部分。在当今和今后的世界上，中国要在激烈的高科技竞争中取胜，最关键的就是我们的青年一代是否在今后各行各业的工作中能取得成功。国家非常希望你们取得成功，你们的家庭和本人也都希望你们取得成功。今天，我就通过回顾我们这一代人成长的过程，根据我自己在国内外从事科研工作的阅历，谈谈一个人怎么做才能取得成功。　　在这里，我将放弃确定性的语言，而改用几率描述，从机遇的角度来研究造就一个人成功的原因。这样可以把这个问题讲得更深入、更全面，正如量子论用几率描述微观世界那样，也许这样更接近事物的本原状态。　　我的回答是：机遇是造就一个人成功的首要因素。　　机遇是成功的首要因素　　市面流行的一些书中也说了这个问题，但都没把它说得很透很清楚。其实，不管是从事哪个行业，我们每个人到了五六十岁以后，阅历多了，回首往事，都会发现很多机遇造就一个人成功的例子。我来讲自己的亲身经历。我是中国科大1963年4系6342班毕业的，班上有25个同学。1968年毕业时还在文革之中。班上有10来个三代都是工人或贫下中农出身的同学，学习成绩好，本人表现也好，就分到了国防科委和二机部，大家很羡慕他们。我是属于条件居中偏下的，分到了青海。青海在古人眼中是常覆三军、马革裹尸的战场，在近代人心目中是劳改犯人去的地方，而且我是去当与所学专业毫无关系的工人，所以在大家的心目中，我是分得最差的人之一。　　但30年后老同学重逢，聚在一起经常感叹命运和机遇的难测。像我分到青海，其实是我一生中最大的机遇。如果不到青海，我就不可能比一般人提前五年真正从事科研，更不可能一从事科研就成为项目的负责人，可能要被资格老的同事压住很长时间。就是因为青海在文革期间闹得并不厉害，还能正常运转，所以能够承担重大项目，并且承担重大项目又需要人。我在1974年底左右开始从事科研，半年以后就成为项目负责人。这是我一生中最大的转折点。1991年评院士的时候，在同时代人中间，像我这样75、76年在学术界就有成绩的不多。改革开放以后，我又成为最早到美国一流学府学习和工作的人。这样，有点成绩在同代人中就显得突出，于是得到了老前辈们的爱护，我也当选为当时最年轻的院士之一。　　那些在毕业分配时令大家羡慕的分到了国防科委和二机部的同学呢？因为在那些工厂里人才济济，光留苏回来的就一大批，资格老的很多，我们这几届毕业分去的只能长时间当基层工人。而且那些地方产品的型号是定了的，不允许你随便搞技术革新，任何一点小的革新都要经过层层审批。不仅他们没有太多的机会发挥才能，而且那些地方往往在偏僻的山沟，子女上学很困难，就业也困难。他们就提前退休，让子女顶替。其中有一位当时班上的干部，各方面都很好的，现在不得不开了一个小商店以补生计。我想，当青年朋友们到了我这个年龄时，肯定也会有类似的感受。在座的同学们都是公认的佼佼者，但大家的成绩只是在学业知识方面比其他同学掌握得更好，很多其它方面的素质还未曾经历过考验。所以，经过二三十年，也许一部分同学会不如那些没考上大学的人。这个差别就是因为成功的因素很多，特别是各人的机遇不同和抓住机遇并创造机遇的能力不同。　　大家都知道比尔•盖茨和李嘉诚，他们抓住了商机，取得了成功。比尔•盖茨大学读了一年就退学了，现在已成为世界首富。李嘉诚只有小学文化，也在商业上取得了很大成功。那么，学术界的情况怎样呢？在一次学术会议上，加州理工学院有个曾毕业于台湾大学、与一位华人诺贝尔奖得主是同学的教授，在一次晚宴上讲了自己的经历。他大学毕业后到哈佛化学系就读研究生，当时分子光谱学很看好，他就选了这个领域。以后的研究和学问都做得很好，但却无缘诺贝尔奖。相反，因为服兵役比他晚三年去哈佛的另外一位同学，正遇上分子束实验。他在导师指导下做得很成功，获得了诺贝尔奖。这位老教授风趣地慨叹自己“总是在错误的时间、出现在错误的地点、干错误的事情”。　　当然，我并不是说未获得诺贝尔奖的科学家就不算成功，反之，科学史上有许多事后确认的重大成就并未获得诺贝尔奖。我国物理学家、中科大核物理系的奠基人和老主任赵忠尧教授早在1929年就在加州理工学院观测到直接由反物质（正电子）湮灭产生的现象。后来由于别人错误质疑这样一个偶然的原因没有获奖。但他的成就在科学史上的地位已经确立，有无诺贝尔物理奖已不重要。赵忠尧的成功，究其原因，是“在正确的时间（1929年），出现在正确的地方（加州理工），做了正确的事（观察硬g辐射在铅中引起的一种特殊辐射）”。他碰到了机遇，抓住了机遇。　　就科学而言，一个学科领域中大的机遇几百年一遇，中等机遇可能十几年、几十年一遇。对于这点要有清醒的认识。大的机遇是历史和社会造成的，科学史上的重大突破，都与这类大机遇有关。如果牛顿早生200年，他不可能得出万有引力定律，因为伽利略和第谷等人的观察数据还没有出来。他晚生100年，别人可能已经把这个发现做出来了。爱因斯坦能够发现相对论也是如此。时间和空间的问题已困扰人们很多年，他生逢其时，非欧几何已经建立，发现光速不变的迈克尔孙-莫雷实验刚完成，这些使发明相对论成为可能。不过那个时代的物理学家也很多，他执着地考虑这个问题，有超人的天才，成功地抓住了这个重大机遇。如杨振宁先生所言，现在做理论物理，可能只有“铜矿”，也许在应用科学和交叉科学领域可能出“金矿”。要想在科研上有大作为，一定要善于省时度势，看清科技发展的大趋势，有良好的洞察力去感知哪里有“金矿”。　　我觉得我们这一代人很幸运，为什么呢？就是在我30岁左右、精力最充沛的时候，正逢改革开放。这是时代、社会的大背景造成的。你们这代人的机遇比我们更好了。现在国家对科技教育非常重视，对人才的渴求比我们那个年代不知要好多少倍。我们那个时候，大学生下放到工厂和农村当工人和农民去了。而你们只要有真才实学，国家是非常重视、非常需要的。所以你们逢上了大机遇，是个好时候。但有机遇，不一定能成功，关键在于要能够抓住机遇。　　如何抓住机遇　　机遇往往是突然地、或不知不觉地出现，有时甚至永远不为人所知，或只是在回首往事时才认识到过去的那件事是个机遇，庆幸抓住了它或者后悔失去了它。因此，善于抓住机遇的人应该具有以下基本素质。　　第一， 要随时做好准备。　　从年轻时就要开始尽可能地获取各种各样的广博的知识，按照你的知识结构给自己创造机遇；机遇突然出现时，你要抓住它。而且从学生时代开始就要尽可能锻炼出很强的创新能力，也就是机遇来到的时候你要有创造性。　　我一生经历的两个机遇令我终身难忘。一个例子是在1978年，到浙江大学去学外语准备出国进修。当时我们那一代“老五届”的大学生大都在基层工作，很多人的英语早忘了。为什么呢？他们在当工人、农民的时候，不知道这东西有什么用，何必辛辛苦苦地去学它？还不如一有时间就去打扑克、钻桌子、喝酒，然后就开始发牢骚，这是当时最流行的事情。事前谁都没有想到，1978年中国会突然来一次全国英语统考，考及格的人事后全都公派出国了。机遇出现就是这样突然，只有准备好的人才有可能抓住机遇。　　第二个例子，是我1974年在青海西宁当工人，突然听说科学院要搞一些重大项目，有一个是“激光分离同位素”，被青海盐湖所承担了，然后到处找人才。我是学核物理的，激光分离同位素虽然不是本专业，但却与它相通。而且我在工厂这五年，晚上没有事，从来不去打扑克或下棋。当初调到盐湖所搞激光分离同位素的有一二十个大学生，都是名牌大学毕业，但是干了半年后，就发现我业务没有丢，而且很快就适应了科研。文献看得很快，综述也写得快，方案也提得很清楚，所里就采纳了我提的方案，于是我就成了这个项目的负责人。这个事情说明了什么呢？那次机遇出现时，实际上是很多人都遇到了，但是只有准备得好的，平时坚持学习的人能够抓住机遇。　　举这两个例子可以说明：因为机遇出现往往是突然的、不知不觉的，只有随时做好准备，从青年时代开始就尽可能地学习广博的知识、锻炼自己创新能力的人才可能抓住机遇。当然，这里要特别强调的是创新能力，而不是光有读书能力。我一生中间遇到好多同事，非常刻苦，一天到晚都在学习，但是他遇到新问题总是一筹莫展。这就是过去教育的弊病——只重视传授知识，没有重视培养学生的创新能力。　　几个月前，杨振宁先生在中科大做报告时讲到人才培养，主张要快乐地学习。这很像米卢提出的“快乐足球”。米卢觉得中国的足球过去都是要完成任务，压力太大，那样的足球是打不好的。他们的看法不谋而合。杨振宁先生认为，如果你学习一个东西不快乐，必须硬着头皮，“头悬梁，锥刺股”，那就说明这个学习内容不适应你。所以要选择那种真正感兴趣的、学习起来有趣的东西。这样的学习，你不觉得是负担，不知不觉的你就把你全部精力投入进去。如果你发现你读什么东西都不快乐，你就要好好地衡量一下你所选择的内容是否适合你。　　第二， 要从小事做起，认真地做好每一件事。　　道理很简单，机遇总是突然地、不知不觉地出现，有时你甚至一辈子也不知道哪个是机遇。这里我要从读过的书中举几个例子，但不一定记得很准确了。　　我在很早以前看过鲍威尔的传记。他是一个牙买加黑人，在美国其实是受歧视的。他第一个工作是进一个大公司当清洁工。他做每一件事都很认真，很快找到一种拖地板的姿势，拖得又快又好，又不容易累。老板观察很长时间后断定这人是个人才，然后很快就破例把他提升上去了。这就是他人生经历的第一个经验：要认真做好每一件事。　　据说，希尔顿饭店集团老板原先是一家旅店的服务员，站前台的。有一天，一对老夫妇来住店，刚巧没有房间了，但时间已很晚。怎么办呢？他那天正好值夜班，就把自己的房间腾出来，赶快换床单、换枕头，收拾好后让老夫妇去睡，自己却趴在柜台上睡了一夜。第二天，老夫妇很感动，认为这个青年人很善良。他绝对没有想到这对老夫妇就是希尔顿饭店的老板，而且没有子女，于是他就做了希尔顿家族的接班人。这件事说明，做事、做人要从小事做起，争取把每件小事做好。因为从小事做起，才不会失去悄悄来临的机遇，有些事先你不知道的机遇，也会被你抓住。　　我也讲讲我自己的体会。因为我从小就喜欢从事科研，也很崇拜科学家。有5年时间当工人，损失了五年的科研时间，所以一直有一种很强的紧迫感。这种紧迫感从我在盐湖所做第一次报告开始，一直保持到现在。每次做学术报告，我私下都要认真准备很长时间，脑子里想很久。我之所以在国内能比较快地被学术界接受，其中一个秘诀就是：我每次把学术报告都准备得很好，给人留下比较深刻的印象，没有浪费每一次机会。要认真做好每一件事情，包括：考好每一场试，学好每一门课，做好每一次报告，跟每个人相处都要认真。　　第三， 一旦出现机遇的时候,要全力以赴，兢兢业业地抓住它。　　我国第一个乒乓球世界冠军容国团说过一句格言：“人生能有几回搏！”他是拼了，所以得到了世界冠军。实际上，我们学术界也一样——人生能够有几回搏？　　C60足球状分子的发现者和诺贝尔奖得主Curl教授曾经在做报告时很详细地重述了他们的发现过程。实际上在此之前，已有其它实验室也发现了这个奇怪的质谱线，意识到这是个碳原子数为60的聚合物或团簇，但不知道是什么样的结构。他们那天在实验上观察到这个奇怪的质谱线后，晚上没有睡好觉——他们意识到这是科学发现的重大机遇。正在他那儿做访问学者的英国克洛特教授，突然想起60个原子要形成一个稳定体，很可能跟一种由六边型或五边形组成的什么球体有关。他想起他家里有一个球，马上就要打电话叫他太太赶紧去数这个球的顶点有多少个，是不是60个。但这时正是英国早上两点，Curl教授提醒他说：“你太太不会感谢你在早晨两点打电话的，你要好好考虑。”他只好放下电话。然后他就坐立不安，一直走来走去。另外一位合作者斯默利教授，回到住处后就连夜在纸上画图，琢磨如何把六边形、五边形组合起来形成一个封闭体。第二天早上，他们找来了一个数学系的教授，问他有没有这样一个几何图形，由五边形、六边形组成，顶点正好60个。那个教授想了一下说：“哎呀，这就是足球呀！哈，这个问题在数学上早解决了。”他们马上就写出了那篇获诺贝尔奖的文章。这个故事说明，在科学发现的关键时候，科学家往往一分钟都不能等待，就像足球场上射门一样。　　我个人也有一次经验。在我一生中，迄今最满意的结果就是硅烷分子的局域模振动。那是在大连做的。全世界有很多人都想得出这种光谱，都没有得到。因为这种光谱极弱，实验要调得恰到好处，每一个环节都要最佳才能做出来。就像交响乐队，要奏出最好的交响乐，每一个人，每一乐器，每一个音都要准，都要在最佳状态演奏。那个局域模振动光谱正是这样。那天，突然调好了，发现做得很漂亮，那时就不能停，停了之后一切都又要从头来。于是我赶快找来一床席子和一床被子，就在实验室里守着那个机器。万一有点什么事情，马上就要把数据存起来。我连着在实验室睡了三个晚上。我觉得那三个晚上最幸福，因为心里明白我正在做激动人心的事！这三天就得到了硅烷的局域模振动光谱。这个光谱发表出去在国际上影响很好。　　总之，“人生能有几回搏”，当你意识到出现机遇的时候，一定要抓住它，不要掉以轻心，有好多事情往往就相差一点点就失去这个机遇了。　　第四，要锻炼出敏锐的洞察力,善于在复杂的情况下发现机遇。　　过去二十多年中我认识许多研究生，他们念书时都很好，但后来的成就相差悬殊。关键在于面对新出现的复杂局面时，他们是否能发现机遇。　　爱因斯坦曾现身说法地解释过：“（学生时代）我在一定程度上忽视了数学，其原因不仅在于我对自然科学的兴趣超过对数学的兴趣，而且还在于下述奇特的经验。我看到数学分成许多专门领域，每一个领域都能费去我们所能有的短暂的一生。因此，我觉得自己的处境象布里丹的驴子一样，不能决定自己究竟该吃哪一捆干草。这显然是由于我在数学领域里的自觉能力不够强，以致不能把带有根本性的最重要的东西同其它那些多少是可有可无的广博知识可靠地区分开来。诚然，物理学也分成了各个领域，可是，在这个领域里，我不久就学会了识别出那些能导致深邃知识的东西，而把其它许多东西撇开不管，把许多充塞脑袋、并使它偏离主要目标的东西撇开不管。 很好的一篇文章，值得收藏，希望姐妹们也能从中受益。转载删节篡改：《31岁小美女的养颜经》作者：一猫一菩提我所有的臭美心得就一句话，我是一个女人，女人做得越纯粹，皮肤和身材就越好，没有一个步入更年期的女人能保持少女的模样。脐下三寸之地就是美丽的后花园，问问自己：有没有炎症？有没有痛经？有没有包块和淤塞？已婚女人很难都没有，只要有其一，它们就是皮肤的杀手，用多少化妆品都没有用。我们的后花园需要如何保护呢？一，女人不能让自己冷。冷是一切麻烦的根源。冷女人血行不畅，手脚冰凉而且痛经。血行不畅，面部就会长斑，体内的能量不能润泽皮肤，皮肤就没有生气，所以很多女人皮肤像细瓷一样完美，却一点不青春，假假的感觉；而一些年青女人再怎么长豆豆还是很有生机。更可怕的一点是，我们的生殖系统是最怕冷的，一旦体质过冷，它就会选择长更多的脂肪来保温，我们的肚脐下就会长肥肉。而一旦气血充足温暖，这些肥肉没有存在的必要，自动就会跑光光。女人体质冷、手脚易凉和痛经是普遍的现象。现在就更加普遍：第一，MM们节食，只吃青菜水果，怕脂肪不敢吃红肉，而青菜水果性寒凉的居多。其实，红肉是女姓的恩物，尤其是牛肉和羊肉，都含大量的铁质，可以有效地避免贫血。贫血的MM脸色自然苍白。第二，MM们白领居多，天天上班坐着看电脑，下班倒着看电视，穿高跟鞋也实在不适合多动。出去约会GG开车来接，买一张健身卡一年用不了两次。因为坐得太多，血都淤在小腹部位。流水不腐，老是不流动的血积压在我们的盆腔，盆腔怎么能不长炎症。一旦有炎症，脸上自然就会发黄起斑。就算不至于发炎，不畅通的血堵在皮肤的毛细血管里，就会肤色不均匀。第三，MM们爱美，用束身内衣把腰束得紧紧的，其实那一点用没有。束得太紧了，你的生殖系统没有血供应，就更冷，冷就长更多的肉肉。现在冬天都流行穿裙子啊，下面就是一条薄袜子，整个下身都冷了，寒从脚下起嘛。还有，MM们爱吃冰，为了不生痘痘更爱喝凉茶。其实，女人怕冷，最好是少接触寒性的中药。长豆豆中的很多人不是阳气太旺，而是因为阴虚，阴不能涵阳，与其损其阳气，不如滋阴更合适（后面再说这个）。我观察过，南方喝凉茶多的省份如两广，女人生育之后面部长斑的情形更为严重（生育之后的肥肉不是月子里补的，是生育使生殖系统功产生了伤口、炎症、不通畅，恢复中的系统更脆弱怕冷需要更多脂肪保护）。甚至古代的妓女，为了有效避孕会服用寒凉的中药，可见这些药对生殖系统的伤害。在凉茶中，有一些滋阴补气的，是可以服用的，但性太寒的，就不能用，比如MM流行生食芦荟，这很恐怖，芦荟中最有效的成份大黄素，是极其阴冷的，芦荟外用可治烧伤（像蜈蚣），可想而知它有多冷，没事还是少吃为妙。呵呵，说了这么多，就是要大家不做冷美人，多吃红肉，生姜、红枣、动物血、糯米酒、樱桃……总之，含铁丰富或比较温和的东西；有些好东东像银耳、柠檬、笋什么的不要在月经期间吃；随时注意保温，不要喝太冰的东西，多喝热饮；别老在空调房里呆着，也不要要风度不要温度，秋凉了还穿露脐装。冬天最好的保温方法是泡热水，不要节省燃气，在热水里泡上三十分钟，加上按摩，再冷的身体也热了。没法泡浴泡脚也行。再不行就整天捧一杯热开水，怀抱暖水袋，女人怕冷是天经地义的。当然最好是主动让自己热起来，过分的剧烈运动并无利于减肥，最有效的是腰腹部和大腿内部的拉伸动作，比如早上起来的压腿，前后下腰，总之是以腰部为重点的运动，不要太急促，否则一停下来血会更多地淤集在腰部。温和的瑜伽很有效，拉丁舞也很好。但我更推荐瑜伽，因为瑜伽更注重呼吸，气行才能血行。还有就是要注意服用一些活血化淤的中药和食品。这一点要很小心，不是每个人都有淤血，化瘀过甚，就会损伤身体，比如造成月经量过多。所以MM可以根据月经量和经血的粘稠度、脸上有没有斑点来判断。活血化瘀类的中药有：益母草、桃花、桃仁、红花，这是从温和到厉害排的，越往后越厉害，我个人建议吃前两种就行了。可泡茶服用（热茶），用桃花泡酒更管用，这些茶和酒还可以用来擦脸，去脸上的黑斑。二，女人要激素。说起来女人真是可怜啊，从第一次月经到绝经就是400多颗卵子，真的是用一颗少一颗，等用完了，咱作为小美女的命运也就基本over了，只能尽力做一个优雅的老太太。每一次排卵的过程就是一次激素的代谢，体内激素水平正常的女人，脸色红润细腻。代谢不好的女人，脸上就会出现各种各样的毛病，我每次在医院体检，偷看那些来治妇女病的女人，一个个脸色灰黄满脸斑点，都不忍心看。当然激素太多了不好，有时激素过多的结果真的就是特别的好皮肤，我认识一个女人40多岁了脸色比少女还漂亮，后来知道是得了重病不得已用激素治疗才会那样，后果是造成乳腺和子宫的增生，这太极端了。人工激素就是这样的，天然激素就不同，很多都有双向调节功能，能抑制激素太多。所以我反对使用人工合成激素，加在化妆品里我也怕怕。有些高级化妆品声称添加纯天然植物激素，没亲眼见有点不信。本来嘛，含天然激素的东东很多，吃多点不就完了嘛，我列一下喔：大豆、石榴、淮山、当归、小茴香、雪蛤、蜂王浆……最有效最有效的就是喝豆浆，因为大豆含有双向调节功能的微量雌激素，又便宜可以当水喝。据说日本女性的绝经期比西方女性晚就是大量服用大豆制品的结果。我是深有体会的，自从买了豆浆机每天喝一大杯之后，周期延长到35天。正常女性是28天吧。每个月我偷得7天，如果我仍有200个排卵机会，就为自己争取了1400天，差不多4年时间。这里补一句，周期也不是越长越好。如果因为生殖器官有病变或比较虚弱，月经周期太长，时间久了生殖器官得不到正常的激素周期的刺激，会早衰的。所以几个月才来一次的MM也不要以为赚到了，不能走极端。据调查40岁之前女人服用大豆就够了。40岁之后可补充雪蛤或蜂王浆（动物的东东就是厉害一些）。雪蛤很好吃，现在也可以吃，一周一次就好，补多了皮肤好但子宫会长东东。蜂王浆到40岁以后可以开始喝了，可以让更年期延期而且减轻更年期症状。豆浆和蜂王浆都可以外用，生的新鲜豆浆可以用来做水分面膜，豆渣可以用来按摩身体去角质，蜂王浆也可以擦脸，比化妆品便宜天然，都是好东东。很重要的一点是要珍惜自己的身体。尤其婚后女性，如果不讲究卫生或频繁人工流产，造成粘连或炎症，整个生殖系统会遭受重创，再怎么调养也很难有面子喔。一次宫外孕就可能造成整个卵巢功能全失。还有一种情况，怀疑自己不孕的女性，用保守的中药调养加运动的方法更安全。不要轻易使用西医的促排卵药物，为了加强受孕的机会（有些MM想要双胞胎），西医可以促使你一次排出多枚卵子，但这是以抑制你以后排卵机能为代价的。你想，一个器官这个月辛苦太多，下个月是不是要休息呢。可是你求子心切不能让它休息，不停使用药物，因为就算是排了多枚卵子，也不能保证一次成功的，促排卵药一次可使你排出6枚卵子，想想女人一生才400枚，你有多少个月可以浪费啊。一旦使用太多，卵巢机能就会严重抑制甚至早衰，它早衰，你青春的基础就没了。俗话说留得青山在不怕没柴烧，中医常说“暖宫孕子”，只要子宫、盆腔气血通了，炎症消除自然就怀上了。乱用促排卵药，如同“杀鸡取卵”一样可怕。三，女人要涵养自己的水源。女人就是水做的嘛，脸要水灵灵，眼要水汪汪。不过按中医说法不是养水，而是要养阴。前面我也说了，女人长豆豆不是阳气太盛而是阴气不足，阴不足以涵阳，表现出来的就是火气。那水能灭火，就多喝水好了？不然，水喝多了也会中毒，肾会负担不了，眼皮会肿起来。那不是真元之气。女人体内的水分，不能损耗过度。相对我们的身体，很多外在的东东都可以算作火气。比如，五味过甚。太咸太辣太苦的食物，都需要我们用中气来调和，这就是火气。偏偏有些MM口味比较重，或者哪天心情不好压力大，只怕都想来一碗辛辣的陕西凉皮或是水煮鱼痛快一下。中餐是把食物归入五味中的某种味道，其实只是食物并不要紧，关键是调料，尤其是香料。中国的香料世界有名，一碗菜肴里面，比如五香粉，就是桂皮、八角、小茴香、芫荽籽、花椒五种香料，多半还会再加入姜、葱、蒜、辣椒、陈皮，唉我都数不清了…… 这些味道极其浓重的食物会损耗我们的水源！如果它们的温度不是适中的，而是特别冷或特别烫的菜肴，就更多一层损耗。还有零食！那些经过油炸或烤制的东西，都很香脆。炸过东西的人都知道，油炸就是脱水的过程嘛。口感虽然好，但是脱了水的食物进入我们的身体，就会立刻吸收体内的水分，所以吃多了你感到口干。其实它吸收的不是水，而是身体里的津液。我理解就是一种粘液，和水是不全一样的。还有我们的心情，如果不宁静平和，而是愤怒、压抑、悲哀、狂喜，这在职场又有什么奇怪呢，可我们要动用身体的中气去中和它。说来说去我们身体里的这个水源，只要凡事不过度，就是在涵养它了，饮食清淡一点，心情平和一点。那些温和的、口味不太重的、新鲜不加太多调料的食物都是好东东。带有粘液(胶质)的东西特别好，比如猪蹄（炖就好，麻辣的算了）、鱼冻（鱼鳞冻）、花胶（就是鱼的鳔）、银耳、鸡软骨、鱼翅。口味清淡的汤更好，因为它能留在身体里更长时间，而不会被当成水过快地排出体外。女人是滋补出来的，这可一点没错啊。还有，在空调房里要多喝水或用加湿器。身体里有一定的水份且代谢畅通就好了。水份滞留在体内的人会显得胖胖的，好像多出一层肉肉，脸圆鼓鼓的，眼皮肿肿的。MM们通常用冰块或茶叶敷眼睛。那只是治标之策。体内水份滞留是肾和淋巴的问题。也可能是摄取太多高盐食物造成的。很多减肥药含有利尿剂成份，也是以排除身体水份为主，会加重心脏负担，引发不良后果。解决方法很多，比如低盐饮食，或按摩淋巴和肾。人体的淋巴比较集中在脖子、腋下、大腿根。可以在晚上洗澡时加点润肤油按摩这些部位，或搓热双手按摩后腰，促使肾脏血液循环加快。还有一个食疗方法，服用冬瓜。削掉皮，把瓜肉和瓜子一起用搅拌机打成汁（一定要用瓜子，最有效的就是它），在锅里煮，等汁变粘后加冰糖，再煮一会，冷却后会凝成一块。吃法就是用一勺的量泡茶喝。夏天喝这个真是超级清理肾脏废物，还是排除多余水份的好方法。你的小脸会变得很结实，小腰也是喔。四，UP，就是向上的力量。记得有个叫萧芳芳的女明星说，女人啊，一过了40，除了年龄往上长，什么东西都在往下掉。恐怖喔，我们的皮肤、内脏、咪咪、屁股都时刻在重力作用下，DOWNDOWN，55555…… 我家阳台上那棵树，一到春天枝叶就腾腾腾向上窜。有一篇写植物的书说，植物的根扎在土里很深，它的生命力能把土地最深处的能量一直带上云端。人的身体内部也有这种生命力，才能部分抵消重力的影响。其实相比皮肤和咪咪，更早下垂的是我们的内脏，因为内脏是没有太多支撑的。中年女人容易积蓄脂肪和生理有关，可是中年男人也会长啤酒肚。肚子里有部分是脂肪，更多的是本来应该在上位的内脏掉下来了，肚子就变得特别大。如果没有肋骨的支持，只怕有些人连心肺都会下垂吧。女人也有这样，按说，只有脂肪的腹部应该软软的，但很多人发胖的人，小腹部却是硬梆梆的，这就是因为内脏向下，肠子受到挤压的原因。MM们不能只重视面上功夫，使内脏保持向上的健康姿态，脸上和身上的其它部分就会挺拔。经常按摩腹部可以保持腹部活力，最推荐瑜伽的腹式呼吸。很简单，在任何可能的时候，关注自己的呼吸，吸气让小腹涨满，呼气让小腹内收。睡前或等车的时候锻炼几分种，腹部就能得到良好的触动。用手按摩是一种外力，而用自己的气息可以调动全身力量。还有一个简易加强版：空腹的时候，双腿站立与肩宽，可略弯腿，尽力向外呼气同时尽力向内收瘪小腹，同时气息向上提，坚持片刻，肛门会自然向内紧收，下巴贴向胸骨，然后慢慢吸气，待小腹恢复正常。这个动作很累人，一开始做三次就好，逐渐加到五次。经常做，小腹内收的程度会越来越大，内脏得到更好的按摩，肠道内的脏东西会更有效地排出体外，腰变细，消化功能也会变得更好。站着或躺着的时候，经常曲膝压一下自己的小腹，也能消除涨气，排除肠子里的油和废物。要用自己的能量排除这些东西。和减肥药不同，你的身体很知道自己应该排泄什么，药就不知道，它会把身体里的好东西比如水份一起带出去，而体内积蓄脂肪的环境没有改善，很快又会堆起来。有了有活力的内脏，皮肤才有足够弹性抵消向下的重力，该前突后翘的地方一点也不含糊。五，节食减肥？不要啦！我强大的消化系统简直是金属也熔化了，怕那点脂肪做什么。代谢正常的人就会有最好看的身材。丰乳细腰肥臀是有良好生育力的表现，至于怎么保持良好生育力前面都说过了。食物从泥土里生长出来，带着来自泥土的巨大能量，我种的小葱香菜韭菜，剪了一轮又一轮，我老公都说怪不得把韭菜比成革命者，革命者是杀不完的，哈哈~不过，吃食物的方式很讲究，一般人只考虑食物中的营养，其实，还有看不见的能量，就是让我们UP一点，让我们的血不会堵在某个地方的那种能量。首先，要吃应季应地的食物，现在我都快没有季节感了，因为青菜水果一年四季都有卖，我们在夏天吃本应冬天才出产的食物，我们的身体与自然之间的微妙联系就断掉了。应季的食物往往最能应对那个季节身体的变化。过去冬吃萝卜夏吃姜，春天吃葱韭，夏天就吃大冬瓜，都是很有道理的。夏天虽热，但阳气在表，阴气在里，内脏反面是冷的，容易腹泄，所以要吃暖胃的姜；冬天阳气内收，内脏反而是燥热的，要吃罗卜清胃火。再如，我吃肉，却不是每个季节都吃一样的肉，秋冬季节我吃大量红肉，到了春夏，就吃多鱼肉和鸭肉。如果我们不分时节地乱吃，可能在需要清火时却吃了热得要命的东西。何况反季节蔬菜有好多加了化学成分，膨大剂甜味剂什么的，样子漂亮却没味道，化学残留物积累在身体里，损害我们的肝肾。化学的东东太多了，它们解毒的任务好重啊。再说地域，一个地方的饮食习惯和它的气候风土有关，喜辣的地方，一般都是湿气重或容易发生食物中毒的地方。四川女孩子吃多麻辣也不上火，因为四川湿气重。可是到了干燥的要命的北方，也吃四川菜，本来没什么水分了再除点湿，不长豆豆才怪。墨西哥和印度也吃辣，是因为那些地方热，多辣味可以除肠道寄生虫。我们没有虫也吃，唉，都坏在这张嘴上。六，要吃完整的原味的食物。现在的东西不知道为什么都长得那么大，切一小块就能吃饱了。品种也极大丰富。有些人还专门吃食物的一小部分，比如只吃鱼唇、鸭舌，罪过啊。一个完整的食物，能量和效用也是完整的，分割开来就不是那么回事了。比如鸡蛋，蛋白是凉性的，蛋黄是温热的，加起来吃，是性平的。荔枝是最热气的，荔枝皮却很凉，所以我吃荔枝的方法是先吃够本，再拿几个皮洗干净来泡茶喝。桔子吃多了会上火，可是桔皮却可以清热化痰。建议大家吃粗加工甚至未加工的食物，就是保证食物的某些部分没有被去除。我们现在吃的精米，米胚芽就被基本去掉了。再做成米饼，基本上没有任何对人有用的东西了。有时候那些被我们扔掉的东西比吃下去的更有益。我们在吃却不知自己为什么吃。比如玉米，玉米里最有美容功效的是玉米胚芽，就是接近玉米芯的那个一个小小的半圆形的东西，里面富含维生素E，和我们花大钱去买小麦胚芽油来吃是一个效果。所以我吃玉米超狼狈的，就是为了保证那些小胚芽一个不漏。再说吃鱼把鱼鳞扔掉，其实鱼鳞里含大量胶原蛋白，鱼鳞和鱼骨头熬的鱼鳞冻，比皮冻还好。葡萄的皮和籽比果肉更有用，可是我们吃果肉，把皮和籽吐了，再花钱去买葡萄籽精华素来美容。其实市面上买得到带籽的葡萄干，里面的籽晒干后脆脆的，很好吃，还润肠通便，治疗过敏体质。可能是如果便宜的东东MM们会觉得亏待了自己的脸吧。去饭店吃饭，更要命，不管什么菜，油盐作料一大堆，完全盖过了食物的原味。建议MM们吃完整的食物，多吃小小的食物，小豆子小芝麻小鱼小虾，它们的能量是最完整的。讨厌啊，到处都在做维生素的广告，好像不吃维生素就不是现代人。还有好多奇怪的营养品。吃，还是不吃？我觉得可以吃一点点，但有三条原则：一，你得明白为什么吃；二，是在食物确实不能满足需要的情况下才吃。三，别吃多了。那些推销药片的才不管你呢，他告诉你维生素和矿物质是万用药，谁吃了都好。而且卖给你复合的多种维生素，你也就图个省事。劳驾如果什么都缺乏，你应该考虑的是换个食谱了。推销维生素的还会告诉你很多营养是从食物中吸收不到的，这绝对是谎言！人类就是在现有的食物基础上进化过来的，是我们的体质适应了现有的食物环境，如果不能适应，我们早该像恐龙一样灭绝才是。尽量从食物中得到足够维生素，但有时我们的身体会有些特殊情况：比如心情紧张时，体内的维B会大量代谢，为舒缓压力我们可以补充维B。适用于女人经前紧张综合症，工作压力特大的时候，以及喝咖啡的女人。维C可以有效防止日光灼伤皮肤，盛夏暴晒后或从海边回来，可以额外补充维C。补钙的时候要同时补充维D，但要同时多晒太阳。准备怀孕或是孕初期保胎可以补充维E（医嘱）。有些维生素补多了没什么大事，水溶性的维生素比如B、C，吃多了最多小便发黄，拉点小肚子。而有些补多了会中毒，像脂溶性的A、D、E还是要听医生的。区分这两种很简单，药片的就是水溶性，胶囊一般就是脂溶性的。其实少吃药更好，补维B不如口服一点花粉，补维C不如泡个柠檬茶，至于被奉为美容圣品的维E，吃玉米、芝麻就补上了。七，吃进嘴里的和抹在脸上的。我所有抹在脸上的东东都是从嘴里省下的，可以抹的东西很多，但是我们的脸相对于内腑五脏只是一个末稍器官，不能让它太疲累，不能整天剌激它。牛奶：能喝出好多花样，玫瑰的，姜汁的，桂圆的，杏仁的各种奶茶，香蕉、草莓、木瓜、蕃茄的各种奶昔，省一口加一个纸膜可以敷脸。牛奶是敷脸的超级好东东。可以美白、镇静皮肤，特别夏天恢复日晒后皮肤的水份。牛奶里含牛奶酸，比化妆品的果酸温和。敷脸一定要在晚上，白天敷脸再被晒过会长印子。冬天用普通纯牛奶，夏天用脱脂牛奶，但牛奶酸都在牛奶的脂肪里，所以脱脂奶的效果没有全脂奶好。我的折衷方法是自己做半脂奶：把牛奶放在微波炉里加热，冷却后上面形成一层衣，那就是脂肪，揭掉它一次可以去掉一部分脂肪。隔一会再揭一层，牛奶基本上就不含脂肪了。这样你能控制牛奶的含脂肪量，牛奶敷脸不长豆豆，是秘方喔。蜂蜜：白砂糖是比较热气的，爱吃甜品，可以热饮用冰糖代替，冷饮就是蜂蜜了。蜂蜜是不会坏的，它本身就抑制细菌生长。胃溃疡的人喝它能在胃表形成保护膜，使溃烂的地方得到保护。同样道理，蜂蜜也能护肤，抑制皮肤的细菌生长，用蜂蜜敷脸更简单，连纸膜都省了，顺便可以用它按摩嘴唇、手脚，让它们也得到一点特殊照顾。橄榄油：橄榄油有软化皮肤的作用。自制矿泉喷雾里滴一点橄榄油，用来喷头发，发质较硬、干燥的，喷过后会变柔顺，还能防止头发被晒伤。橄榄油还可以抹在身上，用手一直抹到脚丫子，它没有想象中油腻，抹完之后用热水冲一阵就好了。在夏天，先抹，再用沐浴露。橄榄油软化皮肤的效果好于我用过的所有润肤露。 珍珠粉：维B和钙是一种超能组合（安利的维B药片就是加钙的），而珍珠粉就是维B和钙的完美结合。人在精神紧张的时候钙和维生素B的排出量同时加快。所以不管是工作太劳累，经前紧张，还是喝咖啡，都应该同时补充这两种东东。缺乏维B对皮肤影响很大，会造成感染不易愈合（口腔溃疡或皮肤感染）和脱皮（手脚的皮屑或头皮屑）。珍珠粉还有其它好处：对看电脑的MM可以明目，对睡眠不好的MM可以安神，对皮肤或其它地方有热毒的可以解毒，对我这种大肚婆它还能安胎。只是要买真正的珍珠粉，不要是贝壳粉！啤酒：前面说了缺维B会起皮屑，而啤酒酵母含有大量维B，所以喝剩下的啤酒可以用来洗头。先用水把头发浸湿，然后淋上啤酒，用毛巾包起来，过十分种再按正常程序洗头就好了。以前用奥尼啤酒香波觉得挺好用的，现在找不到了。花粉：维生素在两种食物中含量最全最丰富，就是花粉和香菇，所以一般情况下吃了花粉就不要再多补维生素了。花粉就是植物的精子啊，含有很多核酸，也是食物中最佳的核酸来源。想生宝宝的MM可以吃喔，保证你的优良基因能传下去。不过花粉含有微量激素，怀孕后就不要再吃了。花粉表面一般都有一层花粉壁，不把它打破，里面的营养就吸收不了。所以冲泡它的时候要热一点的水，而且用勺子把它们全碾碎了再喝。八，滋阴。我们说的滋阴，其实是相对于不同内脏的火气说的。不同的人火气在不同的地方，有些人胃火大，胃灼热，有口臭；有的人肝火旺，整天发脾气；也有些有肺火，热咳嗽。不过我想大部分MM都没什么病，只是身体暂时失调时，有一点点火气罢了，用不着乱吃药。我更赞成不要整天忙着去什么火，等身体真起了火再去它。因为很难把握尺度，去过了，又太寒凉而伤脾胃。最好平时饮食清淡多样，情绪不要走极端，心平气就平。滋阴的东西很多，如我们常喝的枸杞，滋补肝肾。枸杞的根，制过之后就是熟地黄，是六味地黄丸的主要成份。我不吃六味地黄丸因为是药，是药三分毒，不如在煮粥时放一点枸杞。再比如苦瓜，去心火，南方到了夏天常用它煲汤，或打成苦瓜菠萝汁来喝。还有很多：银耳、阿胶、桑椹子、女贞子、玉竹、鸭蛋、冰糖、西洋参、老鸭、百合、墨鱼、莲子、椰子和椰汁。燕窝，非常滋补。滋阴就是滋养体内的阴液。燕窝是燕子的唾液，凝结后成为胶状，用来保护小燕。一旦被采摘，燕子妈妈只好再吐，到没有唾液了，就会吐血，也就是人觉得最滋补的血燕。雪蛤，是东北一种林蛙的输卵管，和燕窝的效果相似，但雪蛤含激素，不如燕窝性平。如果一星期吃一次，少量激素是好的，加上炖雪蛤一般会加椰汁，椰汁是比较凉的，所以不会有什么问题。话说回来，要是我们已经上火，再去滋补，不如从一开始就不上火，现代人容易上火或不调，是因为吃五谷太少而制成品太多五味太丰富。其实五谷是正气，补充了中气才是最好的。 九，一树繁花。两年前买了一盆花，艳丽得很。可抱回家不久就开始败落，只一个星期，花全落光了，叶子也枯黄了。有经验的人说这花是喷了激素的，为了卖相好，也有可能只是剪下来的花枝插进盆里，下面没有根的。我没法验证这些说法，一年来用尽各种办法，买了必开花、花之肥来喷洒。这盆花始终蔫蔫地。直到有一天，家里养的小鱼死了一条，我将它埋在花下。天热了，给鱼换水的机会也多，小鱼的便便全便宜了这盆花，今年春天，花忽然开了一朵，接着就像火星一样，呼拉一下全开了。如果不是养花，我不会明白女人要怎么爱护自已。25岁以后我试用过各种牌子的护肤品，给我最大打击的是一支VICKY的美白系列的精华素，用后皮肤严重过敏，起水泡。后来才得知这一系列加入的东东是粷酸（也叫曲酸），是酿造酱油的时候的副产品，在科学界被广泛怀疑可能诱发皮肤癌。后来试用过SKII的多元修护精华，用完之后长了一脸豆。朋友也深受现代美容之苦，在一家高档美容院做皮肤护理，记得是秋天，她的皮肤变得很水润，红红嫩嫩，我都动心了。可到了次年春天，她的脸严重过敏，脸上红一片白一片还脱皮。现在常年在医院皮肤科挂号，只要一停药马上变成大花脸。我觉得我们简直是被喷了激素讨个好卖相的花。喜欢植物的人都明白，要花开得持久，土地就要有足够的肥力来支撑，那些在花蕾上点一点就能立刻开花的药剂，一停用花就蔫了。所以朋友送我SKII的美白面膜，说超级有效，用过一次皮肤马上白了许多，我一听说没敢用。十，化肥。沤农家肥的过程，不怕花钱怕麻烦，小时候家人用蛋壳、草木灰、不吃的鱼腮鱼肠，淘米水，沤出一缸子臭东西去浇菜园。现在我们吃不到这样种出来的菜了，都是化肥催出来的。人也是化肥催出来的，以手边的口香糖为例，它的配料：木糖醇、麦芽糖醇、胶基、D-甘露糖醇、香料、阿拉伯胶、甘油、明胶、巴西棕榈蜡、乳化剂、甜味素（含有苯丙氨酸）、柠檬黄、靛蓝、抗氧化剂…… MM们买零食也可以试看它的配料表，你就会明白你脸上那些斑点是从哪来的，从一些我们的身体完全代谢不了的废物中来。人的身体是从自然界的食物环境中获取足够营养。可是如果我们全部从农产品而非工业制成品获取营养，食品加工企业怎么生存下去？所以他们做广告甚至改变我们的营养观念，让我们觉得那些经过无数次加工的食品比刚从地里摘下来的东东更好。其实，我们用于保养的东西离开土地越久，它的效果就越差。中药里的美容秘方，很多是要强调时间性的。如“新摘的益母草挤汁，配以新鲜乌骨鸡血，用于涂面……”，一些高档化妆品也许真是用某些稀有植物提取物制成的，可惜这些稀有植物不长在我们家后院，它们被摘下到用于我们的面部，很可能已经历上百道工序并且相隔数年之久。糯米酒是好东西，特别是冬天，它能补脾胃、益肺气。温能养气，正气旺盛，身体也就温暖了。在冬天加进一些红枣、桂圆、花生,简直就是补血丰胸的不二方。可是好的糯米酒，在超市买不到。小时家酿的糯米酒，几斤米才出一斤酒呢。算一下超市的酒一大瓶才几块钱，加了很多糖水，没几粒米的。自制方法：把糯米蒸熟放凉，拌一些酒曲，然后中间挖一个洞（酒就是渗到那个洞里的），用毯子把整个酒坛包起来，放几天酒香就飘出来了。如果在酒里加女贞子或枸杞，就是女儿酒了。普通的绿豆芝麻也很美容啊，如果你吃的绿豆糕和芝麻糊没加太多糖和防腐剂。至于它加了没有谁知道呢。工业社会就是如此嘛。MM要是也相信天然的东东，也自已沤肥料试试看。 Q：长痘MM因为怕长豆而不敢吃红肉的情况很普遍，都觉得红肉热气。如果你本身不喜欢吃肉可以不吃，用其它方式补充铁质也可以。如多吃深红色水果，樱桃、草莓、桑椹、红枣。光吃水果体温会太低，怕红肉热气就不要加太多香辛料，炖就好。加一些蔬菜更好，如烧牛肉加胡萝卜，羊肉火锅同时吃豆腐和白菜。长豆有很多可能，如果因为激素，可以喝豆浆用豆浆做面膜；特殊时期发豆，喝一些益母草化瘀血；出于压力，吃富含维生素B和钙的食物。太热的天，用蜂蜜水敷脸可以杀菌（蜂蜜放不坏，它本身就杀菌），珍珠粉可以去除面部油脂同时也富含维生素Ｂ。都不会有副作用。不要吃太多太凉的东西，像龟苓糕本身是滋阴的好东东，但吃太多，或吃太冰的就会伤脾胃。一次一小碗，吃到秋凉就行了。手脚冷并且豆印子老也消不去，说明体内有淤血，在月经前后一定保暖，吃温东西。脾胃不是很好的MM，可以在做炖品的时候加薏米，或把薏米蒸熟压成泥吃，可以调养脾胃。薏米对改善粗大毛孔和黑斑有效。三十以后长的是所谓的熟女豆，不是青春豆。青春豆是皮脂腺分泌旺盛造成的，我们的一般是内分泌出现了小不调造成的，多多活动骨盆，让整个下腹部血液通畅，比如扭腰，摇胯或拉伸大腿韧带，都有利于这个部位的血液循环。豆豆有两种类型，脾胃蕴热型，豆豆红色，发作面大，可挤出粉粒，同时有口干便秘牙痛口臭等症；气血郁滞型的，豆豆颜色暗红或紫红，经期病情加重。Q：水果vs. 果汁只有懒女人，没有丑女人。严重赞成这句话。夏天快到了，超市疯狂促销可乐、七喜、汇源果汁。可是我喝自已榨的果汁。早上起来看见耀眼的阳光，喝一大杯鲜榨橙汁吧。酸酸的味道含了特丰富的维C，可以镇静、消炎，美白皮肤。维C是非常容易被分解的，只有自已鲜榨的橙汁才有效喔。总之太阳越大喝得越酸，喝冰茶的时候要猛加柠檬汁。春天是阳气上升的季节，聚积一冬的内热要散发出去。天气忽暖忽热，身体很容易失调，皮肤容易过敏起豆。富含维B、C的新鲜水果蔬菜能增强皮肤对阳光和过敏源的抵抗力。这个季节的MM因为日晒会起一些小斑点，把它们“吃掉”吧！用柠檬汁等酸性的东东做面膜，在春天要小心一点，因为春天的皮肤太敏感了。所有新鲜上市的水果都榨而饮之。蕃茄黄瓜汁加上一点玫瑰花，是超能美白饮料。菠萝汁（榨的时候加一点点盐）不但好喝，而且菠萝蛋白酶可以帮助消化，对吃了肉肉而内疚的MM是救星。木瓜汁也好，木瓜含有木瓜蛋白酶和木瓜酵素，能帮助消化，分解脂肪，美白丰胸喔~可能有人会说，直接吃水果不就完了，干嘛费劲打成果汁呢。水果一般饱腹感强，吃两个水果肚子就饱了，打成果汁可以喝更多，也不增加胃肠负担。还可以制程多种水果搭配的复合果汁。Q：豆浆自制最好，超市里的加糖太多了。自己制可以加冰糖，冰糖比白砂糖清润。自制还有其它好处，想补肾的加点黑豆，补血可以加花生，还能做杏仁茶。秋天喝这个可以润肺止咳。Q：热茶之所以只说热茶，是怕大家在天气转热而且干燥的时候贪喝凉茶和冰茶。说到解渴，热茶更理想。天热了肠胃机能一般会差一点，再喝冰东西很伤害脾胃。喝热茶就是当时感觉不够畅快，但过后身体很解渴。其实，温热的茶水会使食物里有效的东东更快运行到身体各处，冰茶就没有这种效果。推荐：罗汉果一小块，玫瑰花3-5朵，红枣3-5颗，枸杞10颗。热水冲泡，这壶茶里，罗汉果清热解暑、化痰止咳、凉血、清肺润肠和生津止渴；虽然有甜味却并不含热量；红枣健脾胃、补气血；枸杞明目、滋补肝肾；玫瑰花活血调经，舒肝理气。暑天时一杯热茶下肚，额头上马上出汗，Q：早上喝盐水如果没有高血压或肾脏问题，喝盐水没什么不好。尽量淡一点就行。盐水可以去掉胃里的毒素和火气。便秘吃红薯很有效。Q：斑眼下的斑点一般对应的是子宫的问题，而颧骨上长的斑点和肝气郁结有关。如果在鼻子和嘴附近就是胃火气比较大.Q： 胃火大胃火分虚实。实火表现为多食善饥、上腹不适、口苦口干、大便干硬。可用栀子、淡竹叶泡茶喝。虚火表现为轻微咳、饮食量少、便秘、腹胀、舌红少苔，可吃些有滋阴作用的梨汁、甘蔗汁、蜂蜜等。火大到不致于要用药的程度，饮食调养就好。少吃香辛刺激性的、油炸的食品，多吃清淡的食物和新鲜蔬菜水果。Q：皮肤发黄，色不均，眼角有斑，手脚凉，皮肤干肤色黄表明肝肾功能不旺；眼角的斑点对应子宫气息不畅；手脚凉是MM的通病；一般是生殖系统比较寒凉；气血不通则体内能量不能到达皮肤，皮肤就会比较干燥。皮肤只是一个末梢，它对应的是内部器官的活力。调养生殖系统是一个很整体的事情，不是吃一点食物或药就行了。运动，饮食和生活习惯都有关系。一旦调养好，好起来的也不只是一个部位，卵巢、盆腔、子宫等各个器官都会相应地好起来，皮肤上各种毛病的消除只是附带效果。客观地说，想靠只吃一两种药立刻治好某一处豆豆或是斑点是不可能的，人体各处是一损俱损一荣俱荣。Q：特殊时期的痛战斗的武器，就是老姜。可能很多人都试过在痛的时候喝姜汤吧。喝一两次效果不一定明显。姜是最能温暖身体的了，并且不会像益母草那样多喝有副作用。一定要老姜，在感觉日子快到或第一天痛的时候吃。把姜削成薄片（姜皮一定要保留），尽量多几片，越辣越好，加几勺红糖。不用怕热量高，女人在此期间可大量吃糖且不会胖。可以再加一点红枣和桂圆。用沸水泡姜茶喝。要喝滚烫的姜茶才有效。如果一杯不够可加红糖再泡一次，两大杯下肚，会喝出一身汗来，痛感能立刻减轻。关键点，姜要够多，茶要够烫。Q：小蛮腰。MM们什么都可以没有，小细腰是一定要有的。除漂亮之外，我们重要的本钱都在里面了。小腹是我们生殖系统所在，细腰是良好生育能力的象征，而腰上积累的肉肉意味着生殖系统功能的弱化。所以中年女性很难保持纤细的腰。就算是一个清瘦的中年女人，腰上小腹上也总是有一些肥肉的。后腰处是我们的肾，中医认为“肾是先天之本”，肾功能的弱化会拖累身上所有其它器官。很多身体问题，因肾而起。肾和生殖器官所提供的性能量，是人生命中最本能且最不可低估的能量。气功因此意守单田，瑜伽则称腰部的能量是一条睡着的“昆达利尼蛇”，用各种方法来激活它。还有我们的肠子，纤细的腰意味着内脏没有下垂，肠道没有脏东西和油脂堆积。这么好的状态，脸上的斑点总不会从天上掉下来吧。所以说你的脸只是个表象，根本的症结在腰上。现在的MM都很懒，所以下面是最简化版的强壮和柔软腰身的方法：强腰：强壮是柔软的前提，不然风摆柔柳，咔，扭到了，卧床半月。要不才40岁就骨头松了。强壮腰肾的食品是黑豆。《本草纲目拾遗》谓其“服之能益精补髓，壮力润肌，发白后黑，久则转老为少，终其身无病”。我推荐的用法是：先将黑豆用上好白酒浸泡数日，取出滤干，文火炒熟，像吃花生豆一样吃，一天几颗，很方便，但效果超好，产后女性也可食用防止腰痛。再说一个运动，只要简单的下蹲运动就能激活肾脏：两脚分开比肩宽一点，脚尖向外（这种姿势容易失去平衡，可以扶墙或沙发），腰挺直，然后下蹲，下蹲的时候两腿外展，像青蛙一样。尽量蹲到最低，然后站起。做10个能让人出一身汗。想加强练习，做这个动作时，只脚尖着地就行了。柔腰：先不怕辛苦测试一下吧。（1）向前弯腰，手能否很容易抓到脚踝关节？如果你是30岁左右的MM，抓不到，先羞一个。（2）向后弯腰（要有人帮扶着不然会危险），弯得下去吗？不要求你弯到地上去，腰很酸痛吧？说明你有多久没运动过它了。（3）向左、右弯腰，是不是也很酸痛，弯的时候会不会咔咔作响呢？很久没有开过的门，一打开也会吱吱响的… … 然后向左后、右后扭腰同时扭脊柱，嘿嘿真是折腾人啊。上面就是所有动作了。如果你的腰能够灵活地前后左右各方向弯曲，它一定不可能有肥肉，有肥肉的腰不会有这么好的柔韧性。所以你的腰越来越柔软的同时肯定也越来越细。做这些动作时要慢，要温和，不然会伤到。做向前弯腰的动作，前倾的重量挤压你的小腹，可以排出肠道里的废物和废气；后腿韧带也得到拉伸，同时向上提臀。向后弯腰，前腰和前胸的韧带得到拉伸，整个后腰背受到挤压，后腰背为维持身体平衡而消耗热量；同时能按摩肾脏。左右弯腰可以使两侧腰变苗条起来。向左后、右后扭动脊柱可以按摩整个内脏器官，使脊柱变得更加灵活。Q：特殊时期练瑜迦特殊时期练瑜迦要小心，会使骨盆高过头部的动作都不能练，如所有的倒立式鱼式犁式等等。将头压得太低的动作也要小心。一般的扭腰摇动骨盆的动作对活血有帮助。

加拿大一名65歲男病人成為全球沒有心跳的人，因他接受手術，更換了最新的機械心臟，不會發出任何心跳。
該名男病人傑拉爾德接受移植了最新的人工機械心臟，心藏只有一個細小的窩輪及磁場，而動力則依賴病人身上的電池。由於血液的流動不用機械壓縮及擴張，令到新的機械心臟沒有聲音。
由於新的心臟沒有機械磨擦，預計可使用10年以上，這將超乎一般的機械心臟。
傑拉爾德原本對移植新的機械心臟持保留態度，但在太太鼓勵下，終決定一試，因他的生命只剩下數個月。而今次手術費亦高達10萬加元。

博士毕业后：我在美国墓地当小工

许多人以为博士后是比博士更高一级的学位，这实在是个误解。至少在美国，博士就是最高学位了。所谓博士后，其实是指拿到博士学位后没找到正式工作的人，拿助教低薪做研究。说穿了，就是要人家当廉价的学术劳工。不少人把生活比作他们的大学，我则把毕业后在墓地当小工的经历比作我的博士后。
十年前，我拿到博士学位后，发出去几十封求职信，在家等回音。没两天，就等得不耐烦了。一个大男人，不能在家吃闲饭哪！我开车出去转了一天，不是人家不肯要我这从未做过餐馆的生手，就是我看不惯人家的脸色。黄昏时分，开入住家附近一座巨大的墓园。
好去处！早就瞥见过外观，这回见到真颜了：丘陵起伏、松柏遮天、芳草葱茏、鲜花点缀。这里可跟中国的墓地大相径庭；有溜狗的、散步的、锻炼身体的，简直是个公园。只见一个招工的牌子立在出口门边颇有古罗马风格的石头建筑旁，便下车去打听。园主跟我一见如故，当下就说妥了，第二天一早来上班。虽然是最低工资，我也不在乎。能够在阳光下干些拈花惹草的活儿，我觉得不比打高尔夫球差。
每天工作，都从花房开始。工头“恶逆”(Ernie) 派活儿，告诉我们4个小工什么花拿多少盆去几号墓地。恶逆30多岁，矮个子，壮实，没脖子，总是阴沉着脸，像只凶猛的牛头犬。其实他挺蔫的，但我的最初印象没错，逮着机会，他还是要咬人的。
那三个小工都是20多岁的小伙子：一个瘦高挑儿黑人姓“比哨”(Bishop)，他偏要大家用他这怪姓，不让叫他名字。他还真是爱吹哨，吹得清脆悦耳，悠扬动听。要是像章棣和那样有乐队伴奏，他没准儿也能出录音带呢！
一个健壮的，中等身材的白人叫“大嗓”(Dawson)。他的嗓门那才叫大呢！跟他一块儿干活，你就不必担心缺什么东西了；甭管在墓园哪个角落，他一声吼，花房、工具房的人都听得见。用工友们的话说，“坟墓里的尸首都要跳起来！”
另一个白人岁数最小，看上去还是个娃娃，傻乎乎的，什么事儿都得至少跟他说两遍。他跟希腊神话里那位大力士同名，Hercules，可是长得非常瘦弱，我们都叫他“禾鸡”(Herkie)。我的名字他们怎么绕舌头也叫不真着，索性就让他们叫我“利昂”(Leon) 好了。这些人虽然连高中都没念完，那些拉丁语的花名说得流利极了。
比哨
把各色花朵装上车，恶逆就开着那辆叮呤哐啷，随时都可能散架的破卡车，拉我们去打扮墓园。总有要给亲朋故友送花的，还有些主顾要我们定期给他们家的墓地上花。当然，还得浇水、割草、剪枝、搂树叶，诺大一个园子，活儿有的是，永远也干不完——尤其是照着比哨那种干法。
数年寒窗，我坐够了冷板凳。有这么个在户外干体力活儿的机会，我很高兴，一点儿也不惜力。比哨不高兴了，向我示范了几次，见我不明戏，干脆直说了：“利昂，你急什么呀？干得再多、再快，也不给你奖金。像我这样，搂一耙子，再给它退回去点儿，反正***恶逆也没在这儿盯着。唉，对了，就这样。”比哨的求知欲很强，他服过役，在外州驻扎过，比另外那俩小子眼界开阔些。他喜欢跟我聊天儿，天南地北，问这问那，还教训那俩小子呢：“你们甭整天价说那些猪狗都会干的事儿！咱们长这么大，什么时候跟个博士说过话？还不趁机学着点儿！”
别以为我尽在他们面前卖弄学问，“文革”时我在工厂干过7年，对无产阶级朴素的语言和纯洁的段子也挺熟悉，很快就跟他们打成一片了。差别在于，他们仅仅知道那点儿朴素和纯洁。可比哨不甘心，我感觉到，他心里有个声音，时不时就呼唤他，要他离开这日复一日无聊的生活。
有一次，他问我：“利昂，你能不能给我说说，什么是幸福？我想过很久，就是想不通。有人说发财就幸福了，要什么，有什么。可是钱买不来爱，别人还盼你死，整天算计你的钱。有人说出名就幸福了，可是名人的麻烦多了，一举一动都有人盯着，我看他们也不幸福。身体不好，当然不幸福。身体好，像我这样，想吃什么都买不起，也不幸福。牧师说信了主，就幸福。扯淡！我们教会里，多半是穷光蛋，除了主以外，什么都没有。我们可是真信主啊，就盼着来世呢！可现在呢？谁要说自个儿幸福，我就管他叫骗子！”
我开始刮目相看这位整天嘻嘻哈哈，吹小曲儿的比哨了。我知道，他不仅是在思索人生的意义，也是在努力把自己的思想理顺，并从纷繁的具体现象中归纳出抽象的结论。
我想了想，答道：“对幸福，各人可能有各不相同的理解。要是用一句话概括来说，幸福就是实现自己的意愿。有的人想当总统，有的人想当富翁，有的人想当电影明星，还有人想献身上帝。当然，更多的人一会儿一个主意。但无论是什么，只要实现了自己的意愿，就感到幸福。”
比哨睁着大眼睛，半张着嘴，想了一会儿，又问：“那意愿小，就容易实现，也就容易得到幸福，对吗？”“是啊！我们中国有句谚语，‘千里之行，始于足下’。我们还说，‘知足者常乐’，就是这个意思。”“哇！中文真伟大，你们的语言里有那么多智慧！”
大嗓
要说幸福，恐怕大嗓最缺乏了。他总是一个人干活儿，我们经常听到他痛苦的呼号。头一次听到那撕心裂肺的声音，我还以为他出了什么事，赶紧跑过去。可他明明在那儿栽花呢，没事儿人儿似的。我问他怎么了，他什么也不说，可是眼睛里噙着泪，泪水中冒着火，嘴巴扭曲着。我有个画家朋友，可惜他没见过大嗓，要不然一定能画出最痛苦的模样。其实他就是穷，欠了些钱而已。比哨告诉我的。后来，我跟大嗓熟了，能过话了，才了解到他的心思。他是没有希望啊！
大嗓中学没毕业，就因打架进了教养院。出来以后到哪儿都没人要。他哥哥史蒂夫是这墓园的技工，因为手巧，园子缺不了他。凭着哥哥的面子和保证，大嗓才得到这份工作。可是干了三年，工资一分没长过，一小时$5，将将够维持生活。一年多前生了场小病，欠下了钱，现在利滚利快上万了。
“我上他妈哪儿弄一万块钱啊！”他压低嗓子一声感叹，简直就是一声闷雷。每个星期发了工资，他都要买10张彩票，苦苦地期待着奇迹发生。“主会可怜我的！”这就是他唯一的希望。可眼见这希望一星期一星期从手指缝间漏出去，他的吼声越来越频繁了。
彩票
买彩票，是他们的一件大事和共同的话题。每人一星期才挣200来美元，交了房租后，那点儿钱只够吃饭的。好几次，我见他们为买一顿午餐而借钱。尽管如此，他们还要抠出近1/10的工钱买彩票。开始，我还想劝劝他们，但很快就明白了：要是把这吊在马嘴前的嫩草拿掉，马就绝不会再抬蹄子往前走了。上帝是他们来世的希望，彩票是他们现世的希望。没有彩票，还有什么活头？
彩票每周开两次，开奖后他们都要谈论一番：差几个号码，长到几千万了，谁中了大奖……奇怪的是，别人赢了，他们也高兴，毫无嫉妒。原来，只要有人赢，他们就感到有希望。他们最喜欢想像赢了钱怎么花。大嗓说：“我要是中了奖，就在山头上盖座大房子，带游泳池的，每天光着屁股游泳，顿顿吃烤肉！”只有在那时，他脸上才会露出笑容。
有时，我也会引发他们多说两句，了解他们的梦想：“中了奖，你就不想去周游世界？”
大嗓说：“我才不去呢！我又不会外语，找那个别扭干什么？”“那美国呢？你不是没去过纽约吗？”
“纽约有什么好的？听说那儿尽是打劫的，我可不想找那个麻烦。”
我这才明白，没有知识的人是多么怯懦。
“你呢？禾鸡，你要是中了奖，怎么花你的钱？”“你说什么？我要是中了奖，就怎么了？”他好像刚从梦中醒来。“你打算怎么花你赢的钱？”“我赢钱了吗？”
“傻小子，利昂问你，如果你中彩了，你拿那钱干什么？”比哨不耐烦地解释。
“噢，我会买书。”
“买书？”这回轮到我大吃一惊了：“你买什么书？”
“他还能买什么书，”比哨撇着嘴说：“连环画书呗！”禾鸡点点头：“是啊，我攒了53套了。我要是有钱了，就把所有的连环画书都买下来。你说一百万够了吗？”
“不够，”比哨见我没有立即回答，抢着说：“光美国就有几十万种呢！”
“好了，好了，”恶逆打断了他们的美梦：“我们有活儿要干呢！”
禾鸡
那天的活儿是剪枝，一人一把链锯。干了没多会儿，禾鸡这傻小子一回身，把电线给剪断了。幸好没电着他。
禾鸡怕挨工头训斥，急得眼泪都快掉下来了。比哨很麻利地接好了线，禾鸡小心翼翼地接着干起来。可是那电线是橘红色的，新缠的黑胶布特显眼。没多久，恶逆来监工，一眼就瞅见了。
他瞪着禾鸡，严肃地问道：“这是怎么回事？” “什么怎么回事？”禾鸡傻傻地反问。“这电线！你个笨蛋！”恶逆狠狠地骂道。“我，我，我一回身，它、它就断了。”“这倒不奇怪，可你怎么不向我汇报？”“我，我怕挨呲儿。” “怕挨呲儿，你就不怕挨电？谁给你接的线？”“我、我自己。”“就你？哼！”恶逆鄙夷地说：“你还有这手艺？说，谁接的线？”
禾鸡虽然窝囊，但不管恶逆怎么逼他，也决不肯出卖朋友。自“文革”后，我还从没见谁如此当众受辱。我觉得嗓子眼里梗得慌，开口说：“恶逆，别难为他了。是我接的线。我不懂这儿的规矩，违反了安全作业条例。你就惩罚我吧。”
恶逆对我一直挺客气。那时正赶上墓园要出通讯，园主请我写一篇关于华人墓碑的文章，单独找我谈过两次。我们工头很少捞上跟园主搭话的机会，恶逆对我自然就有点儿另眼相看，可暗地里也巴不得教训我一次，显显威风。
“别看你有那么高的学位，”他开始了：“可隔行如隔山，是不？咱们这工作，安全第一。出了工伤，你知道咱们园子得付员工多少补偿吗？你们4个，一年的工资全加起来都不够！我看你初来乍到，不懂这儿的规矩，就原谅你这一回。”
那天中午，比哨给我买了份麦香鱼。
挥别
墓园的通讯出版了。营销部主任给我送来一份。淡淡的蓝灰色的纸，绛红色的边条，那印刷，比我想像的精美多了。我的文章“The Curious Carvings on the Cathayan Monuments”（华人墓碑上的奇文怪字）解释了为什么华人墓碑上有那么多字，提到了《排华法案》造成“文件儿子”(paper son，即为来美国在文件上伪造的儿子) 的现象，以及落叶归根的文化传统，并以一首墓碑上的诗结束全文：
一生争系为前程，道路崎岖复暗明；两次逃亡情犹记，数番风雨恨难平！ 且看世事如幻梦，却见人事似浮萍；已无旧业因战事，幸有阶树荫门庭。
编辑特意在介绍中提到我的博士论文即将出版。我知道这通讯有营销的作用，但还是得到一丝成就感。夏天过去了，我受聘去纽约一家翻译公司任职。工友们毫无顾忌地问我年薪多少。我不想刺激他们，少说了一半。“啊，那么多！恶逆在这儿干了十多年了，还没你多。我们还得接着买彩票啊，没准儿哪天就超过你了。”说这话时，他们真诚地笑着。
临走时，园主来送行，跟我开玩笑说：“我们再雇人，至少也得是博士！”

在攻读博士期间，相信许多学生都问过自己将来选择什么职业，去公司，还是当教授？最近网上对此有不少议论。实在憋不住，今天抽空进来聊两句。是不是选择教授这一行业，应该取决于诸多因素的综合平衡。我只能就其中几个重要的因素聊一聊。 首先我要明确，这里只谈美国研究型大学（Research University）.如果是其他种类的大学，考虑这一问题的侧重点会有所不同。决定你是否选择教授这一行，主要有如下因素：兴趣，金钱，机会，家庭，和素质。下面就我的经验一一道来。
第一个因素是兴趣，你对科研有多大兴趣？如果你对科研没有太大兴趣，那么这个问题就简单了。教授不是你的最好选择。各大学名义上教学和科研并重，但是在Research University，如果没有科研，就算你把书教得跟花儿似的，也无法拿到Tenure，死路一条。书教得好并不会帮助你拿Tenure。但如果你教不好书，别人却可以此做为理由来杀你。当然，一旦你拿到Tenure,做不做科研都不会被炒鱿鱼（调戏女生或秘书的除外）。只是没有科研的话，晋升和涨工资会受到影响。
下面说说金钱。目前网上-谈到找工作，或回不回国，往往只谈钱多钱少。好像除了钱就没有其他可以考虑的因素了。这一点我很反对。就像我反对政府只谈GDP一样。与此同时，我也承认钱很重要，因为人人爱钱。问题的关键是你到底有多爱钱？如果你的理想是挣很多的钱，我是说非常多，比如大公司高级主管的工资股票加bonus，那你当然不要选择当教授。如果你对钱的野心没有那么大，那我们倒可以坐下来谈谈。大学教授的工资与专业很有关系。医学院，商学院工资是蛮不错的。如果你的专业是这两样，那么恭喜你“钱”景一片看好。正所谓书中自有黄金屋。工学院教授也还可以。混好了比一般公司中低级主管不会差太多，甚至还可能高点儿(公司发的股票option不算在内)。这里边有一个经济规律在起作用。因为工学院的主要人才竞争对手就是工业界。所以二者待遇上注定不会相差太远。不过这里要声明，学校不同，工资会有很大出入。都是教授，不同的大学，有的是富农，个别学校甚至出地主，有的勉强混个中农。说到理学院，教授的平均工资比工学院要少，文学院就更低一点。理学院教授，如果只算九个月工资并且暑假没有科研项目，与待遇较高的公司相比，收入上会有一定差距。文学院的差距会更大一些。但多数学校也会出高价卖几个文理学院的招牌教授。但愿你将来，甚至马上，会是他们的一块招牌。但是如果你所在的院系是清水衙门工资不高，对于当不当教授这一问题，要用一点相对的眼光。也就是说，你对钱的渴望比起对科研教学的兴趣，哪一个大，大多少？如果觉得对科研和教学的兴趣更大，那你仍可以选择当教授。不过一旦选择了理学院或文学院的教授为职业，你应该有普通中产的思想准备。对金钱要有一种平常心。不要过多地在意别人挣多挣少。上面说了这么多的“钱”字，我要再强调一下，钱不是职业选择的唯一要素。比如相对于公司里做事，教授对工作和时间的控制都有比较大的自由度，并且没有被公司老板完全掌握命运的感觉（拿到tenure 之后）。如果你科研经费拿得多，Dean 也会让你几分。而且为人打工的感觉, 教授这一行也会少一点，论文属自己的名字，科研经费自己说了算（不违法的条件下），而且工作稳定轻易不会被炒鱿鱼。当然，也不要期望绝对的自由。有了科研经费，你的研究方向很大程度上会受制于NSF等机构里管钱的人。而没有科研项目，你便会有一定的研究自由，但你有可能看不到Dean的好脸色。由利必有弊。你就好好斟酌吧。
“钱”说得太多了。下面聊聊另一个因素 -- 机会。教授不是想当就当的。要有机会。有人说，我已经发表了许多论文，为什么我不能当教授？我承认论文非常重要。但如果专业方向不对头，你的机会就不大。各大学的系里招人，就像一个篮球队。前锋，中锋，后卫要有个搭配。也许你是个好中锋，但队里已经有姚明而只缺后卫。那你就没辙。每个系招人之前，一般都有了明确的专业方向。如果你的研究方向不对口，机会是零，不管你发了多少论文。所以要论机会，首先看你的研究方向。热门的方向，会有很多的opening.你的机会就大得多。如果你的方向不热门，也不要太过责备自己。其实不是你的错。热门很像流行时尚，一年一个样。现在热门，等你毕业时要么已经凉了，要么满大街都是你的同行。在此憎多粥少之际，你的机会便会大减。如果你实再放不下你热爱的事业，postdoc 就是你的避难所，Hang on 就是你的口诀。九一年我出道时，找到Postdoc 就算不错了，做Volunteer 的都大有人在。坚持下去，以待时机。这是考验你耐力的时候。当你觉得这种考验已经是不可承受之牺牲，就该考虑放弃了。在此我绝不指责你的放弃，执著自然需要勇气，而有时放弃也是一种勇气。如果毕业时你的专业刚好大热门，经费多，opening 多，那也不要高兴得太早。现如今Ph.D. 越招越多。超市卖鱼的我都见过有Ph.D. 竞争永远激烈。你要想一想你有多少本钱。本钱越多，机会越大。高水平或高数量的论文是重要本钱， 甚至是最重要的本钱。这一点不用我多说。另一个本钱就是你的出身。名校，名系，名导师，三样如果一样都不沾，这事儿就有点儿难办。不能说大学势利眼。你刚出道，除了少数一鸣惊人的，没有谁知道你是天才还是稀松平常。主要看推荐。如果你的推荐都是江湖上成名立腕儿的人物，信誉和可信性相对较高。而且大腕儿的关系网络也广，影响大，且有不少的人会莫名其妙的崇拜。有这样的推荐，就是蒙都兴许让你蒙上个教授。当然，能做好学问，尽量不要去蒙。我是做老师的，还是要劝人向上。
再下面一个因素就是家庭。如果你还是单身，可以略过此节直接晋级下一段。但如果你有家小，特别是你的另一半也是专业人士，这就是所谓的“two body problem”. 要是你的另一半和你一样想当教授，难度就更大了。大学不是超市，并非到处都有。偌大的一个州，也就很少几所Research University. 除非你是特别的大牛，不可能指哪儿打哪儿。学校地点没有多少选择。基本上要具备“哪里需要就到哪里去”的决心。事先一定要和你的spouse沟通好。做好一个人跟另一个人走的思想准备（憋着养小蜜的不算）。必要时，二人之一只好有所放弃。家庭因素的另一个重点就是孩子。目前有些专业，不练上七八年的postdoc是不可能找到教授职位的。而这些专业的postdoc工资又特别低。低收入便无法入住好学区，或让孩子读私立。出门旅行也会减少。这直接影响了孩子的幸福和教育。这一点你要想清楚。我个人觉得，就算你愿意牺牲自己而为了一份对事业的执著或对科研的热爱，但你有没有权力让你的家人也和你一起牺牲呢？当教授和做科研，只是一种职业，毕竟不是宗教。
最后聊一聊素质。教授有科研教书的素质不就行了吗？其实不然， 对于教授这一行，是需要很多不同的素质的。当教授犹如开公司，也要有市场研究，产品立项开发，然后是产品销售。如果再招上三五个研究生postdoc，就又多了人员管理这一环。要想做个好教授并有所创新，这些个环节，几乎缺一不可。教授的市场研究是要看哪些科研题目有前途. 求名的，要找影响大的题目。求利的，要找科研经费多的题目。比较超然的可以选择自己最有兴趣的题目。如果你是上帝的宠儿，那就是名利兴趣样样占全。在选题这方面，教授的性格里要有一点公司CEO的感觉和远见。一旦题目选定，就要立项开发，也就是技术上的科研。这时教授就是百分之百的学者。但目前越来越多的教授已经不再亲身做科研了，而是用项目的钱来雇学生和postdoc作科研。这时的教授就更象包工头了（没有贬义）。对这种教授而言，人员的管理就很重要。要会看人，决定用什么人做什么题目最合适。科研之后，下面一步就是产品推销。这里说的产品可以是论文，也可以是专利。你要到会议上去推销，争取更多的人在他们的科研里运用你的结果。你要到funding agency 那里去推销，争取他们给你经费和科研项目。这时你必须是一个合格的推销员。所以当好一个教授，你不光要有科研教书的能力，你同样要有眼光， 要会同他人合作并管理自己的团队，要有表达能力，推销自己时脸皮最好不要太薄。总而言之，如果你不是爱因斯坦般的大牛，你就争取做个完人吧。
聊到这儿吧，太晚了，洗洗睡了。
也说几句当教授，还是不当
外乡人
一般来说，学校是赚得少一些。但学校主要的优点是自由，学术观点自由，时间自由。 除了上课的限制，你想你几点上班就几点上班，你想去那里旅游就去那里旅游。当然这些自由是由钱换来的，比如会比同行工业界人士少那么万八块。不过工业界的另一个问题是不稳定， 像IT，高峰时工业界可能比学术界不止高万八块，有时两三倍也不奇怪，但泡沫一破你就变成零了。所以平均起来也差不多。
行业差别还是很大的，商学院赚得多，但华尔街更多。为了补平差距，很多学校给商学院，计算机，工程有另外的补贴，市场补贴（market supplement)。但你真是牛人，你也可办公司，咨询，那也是一笔不可忽略的收入。当然文学院拿得就少了，不过你在公司也拿不了几个钱。
所以要比较，必须横向纵向都比，你的专业好，在学术工业界都赚钱多。你要是牛人，在学术界你是大家都抢得教授，在工业界你是猎头公司的对象，拿钱能少吗？
说起机会，我觉得还有一个问题是你真有机会选择吗？这山望着那山高是人之常情，有时做点啊Q还是好的。在哪里就应该觉得哪里好。真的要比较哪里好，先拿到聘书再说。学术和工业毕竟是两股道上跑的车，想跳槽不是那么容易的。别光看别人怎么样，关键是换了你如何。Gates没毕业还能当富翁呢，总不能说不上学的都能成大款吧？
天下的乌鸦一般黑，在哪里都有问题。当教授也有人际关系，也要有管理技能。添上面的，哄下面的，拉拢中间的，一样需要。不是光有想法就行的，只是比工业界好点。同样，在工业界也不是光有技术就行的。
还有一个技术就是交流问题，在那里也少不了。如果你教的课，做的报告别人听不懂，那你在那里也混不好。注意是交流技术不是语言水平，君不见加国刚上任的反对党头目的口音有多重。那可是未来总理的苗子啊！咱老中比他英文好的有的是，谁能当总理啊？
总结起来，记住以下的名句不会有错：凡是有人群的地方，都有左中右。天下没有白吃的午餐。别光看着贼吃肉，没见着贼挨打。
