标 题: 今天与老板吵架

老板在讨论Authorships时，把她喜欢的一个美国人放第一位，把我放第二位，我们是co-authors.我当时就提出异议，因为我做了绝大部分试验，并且很多都是我的ideas.那个美国人只是帮我做了一些实验而已，也出了些ideas, 但他跟老扳关系最好。与那个美国人和老板argue了好长时间，老扳说，I have made my mind, there will be no discussion about it.我很沮丧，但也很为自己感到骄傲，因为我做了我想做的事！

今天老板说她同意把我放在第一作者。虽然昨天她还坚决不同意.
我记得,昨天我跟她说的最后一句话是：I respect your decision, but I disagree
with you.
我的体会是：
1。要学会和美国人一样，主动争取自己的利益，但一定要学会如何用英语，准确，精练
，全面表述自己的看法。
2，今后这样的事情还会发生，如果不主动维护自己的利益，只能继续被别人 ABUSE!
3,自己一定要有真本事，别人没有的本事，你与老板argue时,老板才不敢fire你.
